Safety Exercise Log
  • Monitor campus completion data for Fire and Safety Exercises

  1. The district creates a list of safety exercises for all campuses to complete (for Fall, Spring, and/or Summer semesters)
  2. Campus staff complete all data for the exercise, including:
    • completion date
    • start & end times
    • details (obstructed, active shotter, etc.)
    • involvement of first responders
    • and much more
  3. The system emails users when there are 10 days or less to complete an exercise
  4. Safety data at your fingertips all of the time
  5. Reports can be grouped by event or by campus
  6. Data is always available for an audit, or to share with local authorities
  7. Data from real emergency events can also be recorded in the program

User Permission

Users can be assignmed the following permission levels in each of the SET2PLAN programs:

  • Campus Viewer, Editor or Approver
  • District Viewer or Approver
  • Program Manager

Program Manager

Users can be assigned as managers of the individual programs to:

  • Add users and change user permission-levels
  • Identify orgs that will complete any of the compliance programs
  • Alter the list of Needs, and list of funding sources
